Sparkle Crews help us to live out our mission —Your Story, Your Sparkle. Each crew represents SayLaVee Designs through community, creativity, and connection by hosting pop-ups, permanent jewelry events and local givebacks that support our Buy One, Gift One initiative.

💎 What is a Sparkle Crew?

Sparkle Crew is a community of kind, motivated leaders and ambassadors helping SayLaVee bring permanent jewelry and purpose to people everywhere.

Each crew is made up of:

  • 1–2 Sparkle Leads (Crew Leaders)
  • 2–15 Ambassadors

Sparkle Crews meet 1–2 times per month (either in person or virtually on Zoom) to plan permanent jewelry events, set goals, and choose where to donate jewelry through our Buy One, Gift One program.

To stay active, every ambassador must attend at least one meeting per month, stay active on their ambassador monthly tasks and help plan at least two events per year.

 Crew Roles

Sparkle Leads (Crew Leaders)

The Sparkle Lead keeps the crew inspired and organized. They:

  • Recruit and train ambassadors
  • Schedule and host permanent jewelry events in their community
  • Lead monthly meetings (in person or virtual via Zoom)
  • Ensure the crew is meeting monthly permanent jewelry goals
  • Communicate regularly with SayLaVee Headquarters about events, sales, and community giving
  • Submit event recaps, photos, and monthly reports to HQ
  • Earn hourly pay for meetings and event management as well as their ambassador earnings

Ambassadors

Ambassadors are the heart of SayLaVee’s community. They:

  • Promote SayLaVee through authentic content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
  • Capture event photos and videos to share on social media
  • Help host pop-up and permanent jewelry events and make guests feel welcome
  • Recruit event attendees who want to become ambassadors themselves (and earn bonuses for doing so)
  • Plan at least two events per year (more events = more chances to win)
  • Decide where the Buy One, Gift One jewelry from their events will be donated
  • Attend at least one monthly meeting to stay active
  • Earn free jewelry, commissions, bonuses, and giveaways

 Perks & Rewards

  • Hourly pay for Sparkle Leads and ambassadors working events
  • Free jewelry + bonus pieces for hosting events
  • Commissions on all sales through your affiliate link
  • Community service hours (eligible for school or organization credit)
  • Looks amazing on a résumé — shows leadership, event management, marketing, and community involvement
  • Be part of something that makes a positive impact in the world 
  • Community giving opportunities — your crew chooses where to send the gifted jewelry
  • Monthly Crew Challenge:
  • The crew with the most permanent jewelry sales from the 1st through the end of the month wins a Crew Gift Surprise — a dinner out, gift card, or free product!
  • Year-End Giveaway:
  • The ambassador (or crew) whose hosted event has the highest sales of the year will be entered for the $1,000 grand prize giveaway.
  • If the event was planned as a team, the prize will go to the crew name and be split evenly among members.

 Commitment

  1. Host or help plan at least two permanent jewelry events per year
  2. Attend one monthly meeting (in-person or Zoom) to stay active
  3. Participate in Buy One, Gift One donations from your events
  4. Capture photos/videos and share highlights from your events
  5. Encourage new ambassadors to join SayLaVee at your events
  6. Uphold SayLaVee’s values of kindness, community, and creativity
